More ways to collect employee content with Vouch Requests

What it is

Vouch Requests can now collect audio, images, and multiple uploaded videos alongside recorded responses. You can also create a Request with no questions and use it solely to collect existing content from employees.

Why we built it

The content you need isn’t always a recorded answer. Employees might already have event photos, audio clips, b-roll, or other video footage ready to share.

These updates make Requests a more flexible way to gather that content. Instead of using separate forms, shared folders, or follow-up emails, you can collect different media types in one place—even when you don’t need participants to answer a question.

• Collect audio and images: Gather more asset types than recorded video through a Vouch Request.
• Upload multiple videos: Let participants select and submit several existing videos at once in a single Request.
• Create Requests without questions: Use uploads as a standalone option when recorded responses aren’t needed.
