What it is
Projects has a refreshed three-tab design that makes it easier to plan campaigns, collect content, and keep related work organized. New Overview, Edits, and Content tabs each provide a clear home for different stages of the content creation process.
Why we built it
As teams create more content in Vouch, Projects need to support everything from planning and collecting assets to editing videos and producing written content.
These updates bring each part of the process into a clearer structure, while making it easier to start new work, manage ownership, and get relevant guidance from Ask Vouch.
Key Features
- Navigate a simpler workspace: Move between Overview, Edits, and Content depending on what you’re working on.
- Collect content from your Project: Create a new Request or Sync directly from the Collect section in the Overview tab and assets will be automatically added to your Project
- Keep everything in the right place: Find collected assets and key Compositions in Overview, manage Compositions and Playlists in Edits, and access blogs, social posts, and other content outputs in Content.
- Plan and organize your work: Add descriptions, start and end dates, change the Project Owner, connect existing Requests, and use automatically assigned colors to identify Projects more easily.
- Get relevant guidance from Ask Vouch: Access recommendations based on the Project you’re viewing to help you get started and create new content.
